Allow script/style handle name in in acf_register_block_type enqueue $settings

It would be great if, in addition to just a path to a script or style to use in the ‘enqueue_script’ and ‘enqueue_style’ settings of the acf_register_block_type() function, if we could use the handle of an already registered script or style — that way we know it’s being queued up in the proper priority, and also that there are not multiple instances of the same script being loaded.
