Allow link field to hold ID of page

When assigning internal page / post to link field and than when changing permalink of this page / post, link will stop working as its holding url not ID.

My suggestion: for internal pages store ID instead of URL, so:
$link[‘url’] will can be: string (regexp for URL) or integer (for ID)

I am going to mark this as a feature request for the developer’s conideration.

Hopefully such an option will find its way into the plugin’s development roadmap.
