Jetpack just added the ability to Copy Posts but doesn’t seem to pull post metadata. They offer hooks for this so having this ability when that Jetpack module is enabled would be nice.

From past experience I would say that this is not something that will be added to ACF. There are very very few 3rd party plugins that have integration built in to ACF. But then I’m not the developer so I can’s say for sure.
You might want to look at this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/ it does the job well.
