AlignmentToolbar option in acf_register_block_type

At the moment, the ‘supports’ => ‘align’ option displays the block’s alignment toolbar, but it would be nice to also have an option for the text alignment via the already existing AlignmentToolbar.

As an example, you can see the difference in the toolbars of the paragraph (uses text alignment) and image (uses content alignment) blocks.
