ajax problem

I try to use front end form here http://ainvaresart.com/testpage/?ekaardid=stand-firm-in-the-faith-against-the-devil . The page uses ajax and acf-form “Send” button always gives error in console:
“default.min.js?ver=4.3.6:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined(…)”

Whats wrong with this code?

I’m afraid I was unable to reproduce the error on your page. Could you please let me know the steps to reproduce it and share some screenshots of the issue?

Hello, try removing any version of jQuery and make sure the error persists.
