When i use repeater or flexslider, if i click add item has WordPress Editor (WP WYSIWYG), i can not click change between the tab Visual and Text. The error:

If i save the page or post, then it works.

Hi @phuongnguyen ,
This is most likely a conflict problem, kindly try deactivating all the other plugins and see if the problem persists.
You may also check the console for any js errors.
