When you create tabs to tidy up the fields in ACF in wp-admin. Is it possible to show a tab only to an admin user?
No, this is not possible. The best solution would be to put these fields in a separate field group that is only shown when the user is an admin.

In the end I used a plugin you created which allows you to remove fields based on a users permission level. I just removed all the fields I wanted from the tab to anyone below admin.
