Is there any way to add / remove attachment capabilities to the Gallery side info panel?
I made a mockup in photoshop on what I mean:
Do you mean you want to remove the URL, Title, Caption and Alt Text fields? I don’t think that the Gallery includes the Size field and the layout of that looks off to me.

Yes exactly that. I just mocked up that image in Photoshop. Is there anyway to remove the default fields like I have in that image? This is using all latest WP and ACF PRO
ACF does not offer the ability to do this.
The best way to accomplish this would be to add custom CSS to hide those fields.
Are you trying to hide these field everywhere or just in a specific place or on a specific page? in the admin or on the front end?
