When I saved the changes to my Message field after having pasted in a red ‘X’ emoji from getemoji.com/, it cleared the Message field’s title and contents. The gold star and “OK” hand gesture emoji both seemed to work fine, as I had saved earlier with those included.
And unless I did something else afterward, it also deleted the field directly underneath it. Odd more than anything. I really wish I had copied the html I had entered…
I am not sure about the reason why such a thing would happen but its quite certain that the code may not have been the reason for the deleted field.
In such instances you may consider checking if the field exists in the database or has been deleted.
