I would like to make a page where users will create their price lists (Name + Price). Is it possible for users to add fields to the page themselves (e.g. “add new field” button) and for these fields to be visible only to a specific user?
The price list is to be visible only to the user who created it. As a result, each logged-in user who enters the “price list” link in the menu will see only the price list that he created himself.

To do this the fields would need to be added to the user’s profile page.
You mean that I need some plugin to create user profile page? Or ACF have this function?
ACF allows you to add fields to the WP users profile page, set the field group location.
