adding an options page with sharing values between language

Hello everyone,

I added a acf_add_options_page on my backend admin.
I added also some fields on it.

My problem is thoses fields aren’t shared their values between language.

The fields are : a day (monday, tuesday, etc … ) and an hour to allow authorise purchase on the website.

I don’t want to ask to my client to change thoses values in each language on the website. I would like having shared values.
If she’s modifying a value in french, it needs to be changed in English, Spanish, …

Is it possible ?
