Adding a Projects Section

I want to have a similar section to the blogs on my WordPress dashboard that will be called Projects. The client will need to be able to add the body of text, featured images, categories and tags all similar to the blog but it will need to be a new section. How can I achieve this with ACF?

I am using Elementor Pro.
