Adding A Custom Post Type to a Category Makes Advanced Custom Fields Disapear

  • Hi All

    Basically what it says on the tin.

    When ever we try to add a custom post type to a WordPress category it makes the advanced custom fields that we have created disappear from the page.

    There doesn’t seems to be much in previous bug reports and forum threads.

    We have already taken the following steps:

    1. Created custom taxonomies to create categories that way.
    2. Check for PHP errors.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors.
    4. Disable all plugins one at a time.
    5. Changed themes.
    6. Updated Advanced Custom Fields and WordPress.

    Can you help with this problem please?
