add timestamp and user to repeater/flexible content entry

i’m trying to use the flexible content (repeater) field to create a back-and-forth timeline between the post author and a ‘reviewer’, along with a timestamp for each row. this is a front-end form as well, so if there is a clean way for it to add the latest row to the page on refresh, and also hide the ACF form portion that has the edit/remove/reorder functionality. so basically functioning similar to a comment thread

anyone know if this is possible?
