Add Pagination to a filtered repeated

I have the pagination working on my repeater when it is not filtered (http://victory-sites.com/modern-companies/our-portfolio/) but am looking to implement the pagination when filtered as well. (http://victory-sites.com/modern-companies/our-portfolio/?BusinessUnit=Modern+Piping%2C+Inc.&IndustryName=All) I want this page to also only show 5 items per page.

How can I do this?

A better way to do what you want would be to setup the work as a custom post type in wordpress.
