Add options to ACF field (in back-office)

Hi !
I would like to know if there is a way to alter ACF native fields options to add a custom option (like “load post terms” for taxonomies).

And if this type of custom field can be retrieved from front.

Apologies for the late response.

I am afraid there is no easy way to achieve this.

You would have to extend the plugin to include such a customization.
