Add image button not opening

I’m getting the following error when I try to “add image” to an option page that is tabbed.

Hi @kkyang

On what edit screen are you adding an image? A normal post, front end, widget, etc?

It looks to be an issue with my wordpress version.

Updated from 3.8.1 to 3.9.1 and it seemed to fix the issue.
