Please how can, add field “Source” (text hyperlink), end of post?

Create field to enter the link and then create a field to enter the link text

Source: <a href="<?php the_field('url_field'); ?>"><?php the_field('link_text'); ?></a>

But put
Source: <a href="<?php echo get_field('url_field'); ?>"><?php echo get_field('link_text'); ?></a>

Just so you know, the difference between get_field() and the_field(), is the same as the difference between get_the_content() and the_content(). One returns the value and the other one echos the content.
