Add custom fields to Contact Form 7 (CF7)

Hello!
I’d like to add a custom field to forms (using CF7) and work with that data through some hooks.

When I try to add a field group, in the content type rule, I only see Post, Page and Project (a custom post type I have created), but I can’t see CF7 Forms which I know they are registered as wpcf7_contact_form.

How to show wpcf7_contact_form in the list?

It’s been a long time and I can’t remember what I was trying to accomplish. I think I found the solution in the CF7 dev docs, maybe I used an addon.

I’m sorry I can’t help too much.
