add an option on the front end

I have several ACF option groups which I can add to on the back end. One, for example, is a list of CITIES/COUNTRIES, e.g. DE | MUNICH, ES | MADRID etc

At the moment to add a new city I go into the back end, open up ACF OPTIONS, find the right table and add a new row and then add the new city.

Is there a way to put an options table on the front end?
