acf_register_form to add form to location rules

Hi,
Right now we have the acf_register_form() function to register front end form and then use this form anywhere we want. this is pretty cool.

But I think the logical next step here will be to make the function add the registered form as a custom location rule. This way you can select whatever fields you want to add to this form from the admin backend.
