acf_form_head() breaks my site/page

  • I have recently changed my hos server
    The Front end post create feature was working fine previously but with host changing the page come with an php error on top

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘my_head_input’ not found or invalid function name in “..path”/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 505

    when i remove “acf_form_head();” everything works fine
    i also try change the theme to the default wordpress, desactivat all the plugins, update wordpress to the latest 4.0.1 and delete/install acf
    any idea on what should i do

    Thanks
