Hi! I’m using ACF with Polylang and Loco Translate. I’ve have all the translated strings in the po files, however the acf_form still outputs the form with labels in English. Translation works for other plugins. Any advice?

ACF is working well with WPML. This page should give you more idea about it: http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/multilingual-custom-fields/.
Keep in mind that translating the fields can cause conflicts when loading fields.

Based on their requirement, the best options would be to edit and translate the label from the field group edit page. Even with WPML, it is not recommended to translate the fields.
Another option would be creating a dictionary function using Javascript and replace certain texts with the translated version.
