I’m using acf_form for a front-end form submission.
One of the fields is an (optional) image upload field, with a maximum file size of 1MB.
If a user submits an image over 1MB (using the ‘basic’ uploader), they are not notified that it is too large for submission.
The post is submitted, but the image in this case is simply not uploaded along with the rest of the form data. However, to the user it looks as if it has been submitted.
Is there a way of adding a notice (similar to other validation notices) in this scenario, so the user can see when they’ve selected an over-sized image?
Thanks,
Rich
