Hello
In a front-end form, I’ve a Google Map localisation field. It displaying but the search isn’t made…
I Only have the “Melbourne map”… and circle is wheeling as it search ….
Someone can help please?
Could you please check if there’s a JS conflict on the page? You can find the JS error message by checking the developer tools on your browser.
If you find something about Google Maps API key, please make sure that you have added the API key. This page should give you more idea about it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/google-map/#google-map%20api.
If you find other error messages, could you please try to reproduce the issue on one of the WordPress’ stock themes (like Twenty Sixteen) with other plugins deactivated? If it disappears, then you can activate the theme and plugins one by one to see which one causes the issue.
Thanks 🙂
Hi @james
Many thx for your help
I have a js script noted in 404 on the Google Chrome Console but this js file is well place on my ftp with the same path…
i think it cause a JS conflict and stop…
but can’t understand why this JS is “404”
It could be a permission issue or any other things. In this case, could you please ask your hosting about it?
Also, it seems that you’re manually adding the Google Maps script on the page. Could you please remove it and use the acf_form_head()
function instead? This page should give you more idea about it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/create-a-front-end-form/.
Also, don’t forget to add the API key by following the guide in the link I gave you before (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/google-map/#google-map%20api).
Thanks 🙂
Hello,
I’m using the acf_form_head()
in my template and the Gmaps Script is called by wp_enqueue_script
.
API Key is added as mentionned
Could you please remove the Google Maps scripts? Also, could you please try to reproduce the issue on one of the WordPress’ stock themes (like Twenty Sixteen) with other plugins deactivated? If it disappears, then you can activate the theme and plugins one by one to see which one causes the issue.
Thanks 🙂
