ACF v5.0.4 : filter posts by custom field value

Hi,

I have quite a simple problem : i want to get posts of custom type A, having custom field B equals C.
But every documentation i found on the suject is based on ACF 4, which uses meta, which ACF 5 does not.
Would anyone know how to do that ? Or point me to a source about that, please ?
