I have a user ACF field and selected multiple values inside it, but the main problem is, can i limit selecting? It would be a combination of relationship Maximum posts and this.
Is there any idea how to solve this?
My thinking is if there is no other way than to try with repeater and user field inside, but i would like to avoid this.

There is no setting on the user field to have a max number of selections. This can be done by adding an acf/validate_value filter for the field and returning an error if too many have been selected.
