ACF Supressing "Add Content Block" WYSIWYG button

  • Hi. I use WP-Edit, the former “Ultimate TinyMCE” editor. For some reason when I select a custom page template where the fields were made using ACF, the editor suppresses a couple of buttons, one being very important – the “Add Content Block” buttom from the “Custom Post Widget” plugin.

I can’t have our content editors cutting and pasting in content blog shortcode, having to find each one’s unique ID, etc.

Is there any hack I can do to get this to work?
