ACF + Screen options for filtering in dashboard

Hello,

I’ve done some searching and couldn’t find an answer on this. After setting up my custom fields for user meta and order meta, I cant seem to find a way to add them as columns on the wp dashboard when looking at my list of users or orders etc.
