ACF Repeater like functionality

I want to create a wordpress based photo album using the ACF repeater plugin. So a each post is a gallery which contains multiple photo.

Now, I would like to be able to create the ability for my users to like each photo (each ACF repeater entry). Can anyone give me direction to be able to do this?

Is there a unique ID in the database that I can use to create a link between users table and the repeater field.
