I’m looking for a way to customize field labels. I see that for the fields there is https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf-render_field/ action.
Is there any similar action for field label?
Maybe there is some workaround?
I would like to add some HTML below field label with PHP (I know that it is possible with JS).
No, there isn’t, There aren’t any hooks that will let you insert extra information there or alter the label just before it is shown.
You can alter the label or the instructions using the acf/load_field filter to do this and you could insert extra html into either of these values.

I’ve put HTML in the instructions. I have not tried putting HTML in the label but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
