ACF Relationship saving previous posts

Hello,

I have many relationship fields where I select posts from CPT and I change values (posts) quite often. I’d like to have some page where would be dates and previous posts. So when I change value from Post 1 to Post 2 it will save post 2 to the log.

Ideal solution is to save it to some text file which could be displayed from anywhere or maybe even into post. Any help would be very appriciated. Thanks.
