I have installed a acf pro plugin and also install its addon for validate field. and created a new custom field with name rank and field type validate field assigned to it and validate this field as unique globally. and assigned to a custom post type. after doing this my post is not updating or not publishing. dont know what the error in it

The validated field addon is not part of ACF and is developed by a different author. I would suggest you post in his support forum instead 🙂 He seems to resolve most of the issues brought up there as well: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/validated-field-for-acf
It would probably be a good idea to check your console log in Chrome dev tools too for errors to post in your support-ticket there. I’m guessing you got some JS errors.
