ACF Pro completely broken after update.

So my client is using pagely and out of the blue, something has gone wrong with ACF Pro. After doing the work over a year ago (and no code changes on our side, just plugin updates via Auto updates), I log in to the admin and PRO plugin is missing, and when I replace it with the matching version of ACF, there’s no pro features, no option to activate pro, nothing. It’s like the WP instance doesn’t even know pro is here.

Any thoughts?
