first i want to say THANKS x10000 for this great and most useful plugin. Its worth of every penny.
Howeever i have one issue on website. I cant select Pages. For example i have 20 pags on my wordpress site. When i create new Fields and select as rule pages i just see two pages Home and About us then i have some weird entry no title(). And i dont see any other pages ?! Also when i make field with Page Relation, in dropdown i see all custom posts, archives etc but i cant see pages again. Again i just see About and Home and that no title().

Sorry to bother you solution is to disable of fix settings in plugin called Post Types Order.
