On my wp-admin, there is no Custom Filed for my activation code.
Where do I enter my code?

Custom Fields => Updates page ; this menu is not displayed on my WordPress admin.
I am in contact with James from support and he suggested to edit my functions.php file, just need to know where on the file now.

Well, if the person that hid the menu followed the documentation you’re loooing for something like this
add_filter('acf/settings/show_admin', '__return_false');
search for acf/settings/show_admin remove it or comment it out.
