I found this good plugin to improve the performance of large cms system.
The only problem it’s not works with Repeater field.

Does someone knows if it’s works with Flexible Content?

Is there other way to simulate a repeater/flexible content on admin?

Flex fields and Group fields work the same way as repeaters. If it does not work with repeaters then it will not work with these either.
