ACF PRO 5.8.1 – Need to refresh page to show Field Group in Gutenberg Editor

When using the “Location Rule” to show a Field group for a specific Page Template, the Field group won’t show at first.

I need to save the page with the selected template and then refresh the page to show the Field Group.

Been looking at some ACF.ajax code, but still no luck here.
