ACF Pro 5.3.0 wrong colspan on field groups listing (with fix)

Hello,
Just installed fresh Pro 5.3.0 on a fresh WordPress 4.3.1 install and noticed a small visual bug in a field groups listing table when there’s no field groups defined yet.

tbody#the-list > tr.no-items > td.colspanchange has attribute colspan with value 5, which is incorrect. Changing it to 4 fixes the issue. See attached screenshots for details.
