ACF Page Link

Hello,

First time using the ACF Plugin, i’ve created a text field and a page link field, backend and they are displaying correctly on the front end.(see below link)
http://redrocket.co.uk/test/Biddestone/category/horses/

Here is the shortcodes i am using to display this…
// a href =”[acf field="trainer_post_link"]“>[acf field="trainer"]</a //

The issue i am experiencing is that it doesn’t link through to the trainer, anyone have an idea on how I can resolve this?
