ACF not displaying when I update the page template

I’ve ACF installed on WP both locally and on a remote server, in both instances I have created an ACF (textarea) to be displayed when creating pages. This works fine but whenever I try to update the page template to anything other than the Default Template my ACF disappears?!

Anybody else run into this issue?

Please check to ensure that the location rules have been set to allow the display of the fields on all templates. At the moment the location rule could be set to show the field only when the selected template is the default template.
