acf is not defined

I’ve got this problem and can’t use ACF for anything. It just breaks the admin panel and can’t add or remove anything.

I’ve just uninstalled all plugins and reinstalled with WordPress and ACF PRO latest versions but it still has the same problem.

It’s a customized theme made from the ground so it must be something I could edit somewhere in my code.
