ACF is it posiible?

Hey there I`m new to ACF, could You help me out? Is it possible to make something like in this attached file?

1. i would like to have different tabs with separate portfolio categories
2. in each tab we have multiple portfolio items
3. each portfolio item has a header , description and image

Is it possible?

Yes.

You can do this by creating a repeater field, for the tabs.

Within that repeater you add:
– a tab title (field type: text)
– another repeater (field type: post object) where you can select a portfolio item
