ACF in database

Hello,

I am new to acf pro and I’m on multi-site, and the site that I took over the json file that is more updated than the ACF in the backend of wordpress. Is there a way that I can push these changes into ACF? If not and I go back and create these fields, is there a way that I can change the field key in the database so that they match the json files I have locally?
