The plugin is hanging up when trying to assign a group to a post as you can see in the screenshot link below.

It only appears to be happening on one particular site. What’s the easiest way to track down the cause of this issue?

Also, make sure there are no JavaScript errors in console.
The AJAX request appears to be timing out. We have over 500 products in WooCommerce and only 17 posts for a custom post type.
Is there any easy way to exclude WooCommerce products from the posts in ACF?
I spend some time looking through the ACF code and I can’t see any way to filter this to prevent the timeout. I think your best bet is to submit a new support ticket to see if they can get you any help https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/new-ticket/
