ACF Form Nested Repeaters

I’ve set up an ACF form to add/edit flexible content fields.
Some of them have repeaters/nested repeaters in them.

My issue is that when i add a flexible content field that has a repeater in it i can’t add data to the repeater until I submit the form.

Even worse if i add a row to a sub repeater i have to save to change a select or true false fied.

Does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this?
