ACF for extra fields

We want to know if it is possible to add extra fields sometimes.

For example default text in post:
“You can win a [afc_field] this time”

This is default in a post, but in some posts we want a extra line:
“You can win a [afc_field] this time”
“You can win a [afc_field] this time”

So it finally shows 2 or 3 times, can we handle that with ACF?
