acf fields plus meta field – admin search

Hi, I have job listings and for each job there is a meta field “_office”, which holds the ID of the office. This is linked to a custom post type of “my-office” (ACF field)

ie to look up office name for a job listing, i look for “_office”, then look for that ID in posts of custom post type “my-office”

What I would like to know is how to add this to the search capabilities in the admin screen for the job listings? any idea .. I’ve searched everywhere and now I’m scratching my head badly.
