ACF Fields and Data disappeared after updating plugin version 5.8.12 from old.

Hello,
I used ACF to add listing details.
Today I updated the plugin to 5.8.12, and all my fields and data are gone!!
Even I can not see the “Database Upgrade required” prompted.
Unfortunately, I have backup. Repeatedly I try different ways. But didn’t worked.
So,
How can I fix this?

when you say old, are you trying to update from ACF 4?

If that’s the case then I would try downloading and installing an older version of 5. What one depends on if you’re using the free or pro version.
