Hi,
I have a gravity form where the user needs to enter their car model (simple text input field).
Before validating this form I would like the field to search a custom post type called ‘car models’. This custom post type contains a list of car models via and ACF field (that we’ve manually added).
If the car model exists and matches an entry within that custom post type then they can submit the form. If not then we want to show an error.
I’m unsure how to combine the Custom post type ACF search with the validation of GF.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
This would be a function of GF. How would you validate GF based on any custom field that is not an ACF field?
